Our Pricing

Our company uses a flat-rate pricing system. Flat-rate pricing is more predictable for the customer since it is not based on an hourly rate. For example, we have a fixed price rate for replacing a condenser fan motor. We do occasionally raise our flat-rate pricing to account for cost of living and material cost increases.

Current Prices:

• Service calls: $75 for diagnostic analysis to determine the problem, plus pre-established flat-rate price for needed repair
• Single Air Conditioner Maintenance: $75
• Maintenance Agreements (ESA Plan): $200/yr/system

*Emergency Calls on Holidays, Weekends, or Weekdays After 5pm are subject to after hours pricing.*
